As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to our overall business success. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. From screening CVs, to conducting interviews, to successfully hiring new members of the team – your recruitment expertise in the German markets will be invaluable.
We are dedicated to attracting and developing top talent in our offices across Europe including Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support our recruitment efforts across our European locations while working from our vibrant Dublin office.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Language Skills: Excellent level of written and spoken German and English language skills are essential.
- Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across different levels and locations.
- Proactive Sourcing Ability: Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting such as LinkedIn.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Experience in conducting interviews and assessments, with a solid understanding of evaluating technical and cultural add.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment best practices and market conditions.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities, with a positive and problem-solving mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience in working with recruitment technology, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the cultural nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.
