IN A NUTSHELL

Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity within a fast-paced, international environment? Because we have big goals, and we want you to be part of them. We are looking to welcome a Dutch speaking Sales Consultant (Lease Consultant) to our team to help make a difference in the world. This position is responsible for driving the sales process and negotiating contracts with property owners (all leads provided).

DAY TO DAY

Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission
Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls
Following up with property owners and getting commitments
Being organised and updating MD7’s internal database, LiveTrack
Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills
Basic written and spoken English language skills
Sales or negotiation experience
Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
The ability to work independently while also being a team player
Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent time management skills
