IN A NUTSHELL

As a Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our project with one of the world's largest telecommunications companies. Your responsibilities will include generating reports, updating milestones in a project management tool, checking status reports, and maintaining effective communication with the client. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-profile project while utilizing your analytical and technical skills.

DAY TO DAY

• Generate reports to track project progress and performance
• Update milestones in a project management tool to ensure accurate project documentation
• Monitor status reports and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with the client to address inquiries and provide support
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement innovative solutions
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced project environment

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Exceptional written and spoken German language skills
• Basic written and spoken English language skills
• Experience working with PPlus software or similar project management tools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful reports
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to think outside the box
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
