IN A NUTSHELL

Are you the kind of person who thrives on meticulous tasks and ensuring every detail is in its right place? At MD7, we are looing for an Admin (m/w/d) to play a vital role in smooth data entry, quality control, and administrative support to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our data management systems, proficiently handling document uploads and storage, and maintaining efficient data acquisition processes. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines, you'll thrive in our international environment alongside other talented individuals. 

DAY TO DAY

• Carrying out smooth data entry and/or quality control 
• Uploading and storing documents efficiently 
• Maintaining systems for data acquisition 
• Working within assigned deadlines 
• Providing general administrative support 
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals
• Responsibility for shipment / post  

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent verbal and written German language skills
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn 
• Detail oriented with strong organisational skills 
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player 
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
