Are you a skilful negotiator with a passion for new acquisitions? Are you open-minded and a good communicator? Then the position of Business Development Executive could be just right for you - or, as we call it at MD7, Site Acquisition Consultant!
The Site Acquisition Consultant is responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile phone antenna sites in Dutch on behalf of our clients. Using your negotiation skills, you will build partnerships with landlords, conduct site inspections, and ensure that leases are successfully finalised. We are looking for a responsible, committed, and motivated employee to join our rapidly growing team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Expert level Dutch language skills both written and spoken
- Basic English language skills
- Sales or negotiation experience
- Property negotiation or real estate background preferred
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent time management skills
